On May 22, the underwater emergency rescue Professional Committee of China diving and salvage industry association organized a symposium on "underwater facility plugging technology and equipment" in Tianjin. At the meeting, Yan Xiangfeng of the company's business marketing department made a keynote speech on "management of underwater plugging and diving operation of ships and floating production facilities". The meeting was organized by Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. and attended by more than 30 units, including China diving and salvage industry association, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, Shanghai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of transport, Beihai Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of transport, Shanghai Jiaotong University Marine Underwater Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Shanye Industry Co., Ltd.
On April 28, FPSO "offshore oil 111" berthed safely at Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard. On April 30, FPSO "Nanhai victory" berthed safely at Shenzhen Youlian shipyard. The docking repair of the two oil tankers is the key work of the oil field in the east of the South China Sea. The company cooperates with relevant parties in the diving, limiting and towing of oil tankers, overcomes a series of problems such as technology, sea conditions and multi-party participation, ensures that the next docking repair is carried out as scheduled, and writes a song of workers before the arrival of the May 1 International Labor Day. The maintenance department of the company will continue to provide services for in-house repair in Wenchong Shipyard.
On April 28, CNOOC deepwater engineering construction center, Shenzhen Huawei and Shanye company held the kick-off meeting of FPSO "offshore oil 115" underwater project on the diving support ship "Huacai". The meeting of all participants not only focused on the overall construction strategies such as construction scheme and JSA, but also focused on crane, helicopter lifting, water access A-frame, cage safety pin, bottom covered steel wire Personal protective equipment and other specific and subtle potential risks. It was emphasized at the meeting that routine operations should not be taken lightly, that management should be strengthened when changing operations, and that on-site construction should be on guard against arrogance and impatience, consider comprehensively and draw inferences from one instance. The project team has cooperated with the company's towing team and other parties to successfully complete the relief work before the docking of FPSO "offshore oil 111". The next stage of construction will continue to take the "Huacai" ship to sea on April 30. The specific tasks are the design and setting out of the underwater plugging tool of "offshore oil 115" and the remaining work of the underwater inspection of "offshore oil 118".
On April 19, CNOOC (China) Co., Ltd. Shenzhen branch held the 2018 contractor QHSE management communication meeting, at which Shanye company was awarded the "second prize of 2017 HSE performance evaluation", which was intended to commend and spur the company's achievements in safety management, risk control and other aspects, as well as its contributions to emergency response and disposal of emergencies in 2017. It is reported that there are 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 1 excellence prize in this annual award.
On March 20 and March 22, the expert review meetings for the release and towing schemes of Nanhai Shengli and offshore oil 111 projects were held in Shenzhen respectively. FPSO "Nanhai Shengli" and "offshore oil 111" are respectively serving in Liuhua oilfield and Panyu oilfield in the east of the South China Sea. Both oil tankers will be docked for overhaul this year. The release before docking, towing and return and connection after docking repair are technically complex, with many risk points and a wide range of operations. The owner CNOOC attaches great importance to them. Shanye company undertakes air diving, oil tanker stern towing and towing support during the whole project period, as well as some maintenance work during its stay in the shipyard.
On December 27, 2017, the diving and mooring teams of the company, together with Warwick and other professional forces, overcame many difficulties under bad sea conditions and assisted in shutdown and overhaul. The fsou of "Nanhai Shengkai" in May was successfully connected to the single point mooring system, creating conditions for the smooth resumption of production of CNOOC Lufeng oilfield. The underwater inspection, cleaning and recovery of the single point buoy is the key operation before the "Nanhai Shengkai" returned to the oilfield after maintenance. On December 11, the underwater engineering department took the command to set up an emergency team to start land preparation, so it worked overtime to submit a practical technical construction scheme, operation risk assessment, operation emergency plan, etc. to the owner, and quickly transferred elite generals Implement the diving bell and other operation equipment resources, and take the "Huaming ship" to sea on December 15 to seize the favorable operation time point. Affected by the strong cold air, the northeast monsoon in the eastern sea area of the South China Sea is booming, and the on-site surge is basically more than 3.5m. During the on-site standby, the diving team closely observes the sea conditions with the owner's representative, repeatedly deduces the process and evaluates the risk in detail. On the one hand, there were no launching conditions under bad sea conditions, and on the other hand, CNOOC executives required the time point for the positioning of oil tankers and the resumption of oil field production. The on-site operators withstood the pressure and acted actively. Finally, they seized the only two operational windows and successfully completed the single point pontoon cable connection and other emergency operations on December 24. However, in the next two or three days, the tanker connection operation under extreme sea conditions is also a race against the clock, repeated setbacks and repeated battles. At 17:41 on December 26, the company received the instruction of "dispatching an experienced mooring captain to go to sea on the morning of the 27th to participate in and assist in the on-site connection operation, and strive to complete the operation on the same day before the sea condition worsens further". At 15:53 on December 27, the good news "the anchor chain has entered the cabin and victory is in sight" came from the scene. At 16:20, the mooring captain Sun Gang informed "the oil tanker has been successfully in place and stopped for test" through high frequency. Thanks to its excellent performance in the emergency response of "Nanhai Shengkai" in July 2017, the company once again demonstrated its excellent service skills in the implementation of the urgent, difficult and dangerous task of oil tanker connection, displayed its own strengths and alleviated the urgency of the owner. It is a reliable professional team with good performance.
