On the evening of August 14, the construction personnel of COOEC maintenance company successfully completed the connection between the new single point underwater rigid arm (yoke) of cfd11-1 / 2 oilfield of Caofeidian operation company and "offshore oil 112" FPSO, which is the world's first and only underwater rigid arm FPSO release and reconnection operation.

"Offshore oil 112" FPSO and its single point system are the center of oil and gas transmission in the whole oilfield. The release and reconnection of FPSO is the most difficult, risky and challenging node for the resumption of production in Caofeidian oilfield. The whole construction includes the release of FPSO from the old single point, cruising in the nearby safe sea area, and the connection between FPSO and the new single point.
