Recently, China's first deepwater equipment manufacturing base phase I project was basically completed. On the 1.42 million square meter foundation of Zhuhai Gaolan Port on the coast of the South China Sea, new modern factories have sprung up, and bridges, cranes, slideways and other facilities are complete. With a block construction capacity of 40000 tons, at present, three offshore platform blocks are constructed at the same time in the site, with roaring machines and shuttling personnel.
