On July 30, "offshore oil 111" successfully resumed production. CNOOC announced that the FPSO dock repair project of Panyu oilfield was successfully completed and the oilfield resumed production ahead of schedule. When the news came back to the company, Qian Guojian, Zhu Longwei, the backbone of the "offshore oil 111" machine repair project team, and other colleagues were very proud.

FPSO "offshore oil 111" has been in service in Panyu oilfield in the east of the South China Sea since 2003, and has made important contributions to the stable and high yield of Panyu oilfield for 15 consecutive years. In order to ensure the safety and compliant operation of offshore facilities in the long term, CNOOC started the dry dock repair of the FPSO this year. The mechanical repair Department of the company undertook the steel plate replacement business in the severely corroded areas of the outer walls of the left and right main generator rooms, left transformer room and MCC room during the docking repair. The total amount of steel plate replacement of the project is about 900 square meters, including the disassembly and replacement of about 950 square meters of interior wall decorative board and thermal insulation cotton in the plate replacement area. The total contract duration is 60 days. It is very challenging for the machine repair department that only focuses on the internal ship navigation repair support for a long time in terms of workload, work content and performance time.

Zhang Yi, manager of the mechanical maintenance department, organized the technical backbone to go to sea several times to conduct on-site investigation and construction planning preparation long before the oil tanker was liberated; On April 25, the project team of the mechanical maintenance department stationed in Wenchong dock to prepare and arrange the construction Prefabrication Yard in advance; On April 29, when the oil tanker entered the plant, the project team immediately boarded the ship to recheck the construction project and area, and quickly communicated with the owner to clarify the relevant construction scheme and change the scope of work, confirm the major construction nodes of the ship, and ensure the smooth development of each node work with a detailed construction plan.

In terms of specific construction organization, the project team fully considered that the rainy season in South China in May and June would make it difficult for the site with short cycle and heavy tasks, and resolutely adopted the operation mode of "white + black" two shifts and seamless connection of constructors, so as to ensure to keep up with the overall dock repair node requirements of the owner in terms of efficiency and cycle, quality and quantity And completed the established operation tasks 7 days ahead of the original plan.

As a team that has long served the internal ship voyage repair support, the successful implementation of "offshore oil 111" factory repair project has tempered the construction organization ability of the company's machine repair team, served the tanker dock repair side by side with the company's towing group and diving group for the first time, and greatly enhanced the company's confidence in expanding the repair business of offshore oilfield facilities.
