The soft science research project "Research on safety regulations for diving and underwater operation", which was presided over by our company and completed in cooperation with the Shanghai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of communications, Wuhu diving equipment factory and Shanghai diving equipment factory, recently won the second prize of science and technology of the Chinese society of navigation. The science and technology award of the Chinese society of navigation was approved by the Ministry of science and technology and the national science and Technology Award Office. The award can be referred to as the ministerial science and technology award. Research on safety regulations for diving and underwater operation is a soft science research project issued by the science and Technology Department of the Ministry of transport on October 30, 2007. The research project lasted more than three years from project initiation to final completion, comprehensively and systematically summarized the current situation and development trend of international and Chinese diving and underwater operation standards, constructed the overall framework of diving and underwater operation safety regulations system in China, and completed the formulation of two national standards: air diving safety requirements and mixed gas diving safety requirements. It has laid a good foundation for improving the overall safety level of diving and underwater operation in China, gradually realizing the comprehensive integration with the international market and enhancing China's competitiveness in the international market.
